 Research Interest for future So far, I was in the field of Genomic Imprinting, Telomerase and Totipotency, Cell Cycle and Meiosis. These my way to today are under and from the simple question. What is the specific property of Germline ? So, I will establish the system to be able to characterise Germline Determinant(s) and analyse the molecular specific property of Germinal-line against Somatic-line[Germ/Soma].For some cases, cytological analysis for germline (Primordial Germ Cell:PGC) is well investigated, and molecular property of PGC also held on recently using several procedures. However, I strongly want to approach my future project mainly from the view of biochemistry and micro-manipulative study with my total research experiences so far. Because I think that actual property of cell is determined by proteins and their functional property (including activity, localization, modified state, etc...) certainly. My own final goal may be or may not be on ? years future.And I should do perform, however, my research project as possible as I can with maximum efforts including body and soul. Current On-going projects are quite curious and have best characters with profound history and biological topics. Now, I perform current project with technical innovation for Ph.D and furthermore try to lead unexpected progress and discovery as clues for future. |
